Are the used parts functional?
All of our parts--both used and new--are inspected by our mechanical staff to make sure they function as they should. Every item is also double-checked during the listing process.
How are items packaged?
Our shipping team securely packages every item to make sure they arrive safely to your door step. We try to use as may recycled boxes and packaging material as possible, but our number one priority is the safety of your purchase.
I have items I'd like to sell, either directly to you or on consignment. How can I start that process?

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. The full return policy can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship to Canada using USPS, and we are working on expanding our international shipping options. Find more details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Is local pickup available?
Yes, orders can be picked up at our sister shop, Carver County Cycles, in Watertown, MN.
