Are the used parts functional?

All of our parts--both used and new--are inspected by our mechanical staff to make sure they function as they should. Every item is also double-checked during the listing process.

How are items rated based on Condition?

All of our parts are inspected by our mechanical staff and given a condition rating.

NOS - New unused items, may be out of original packaging

VG - Very good condition Used

Used - Items are used but in working order

How are items packaged?

Our shipping team securely packages every item to make sure they arrive safely to your door step. We try to use as may recycled boxes and packaging material as possible, but our number one priority is the safety of your purchase.

I have items I'd like to sell, either directly to you or on consignment. How can I start that process?

If you have items for sale, email Joel@gringineer.com with a spread sheet and/or photos of your inventory, along with your location. We will then reach out to start the process with you. Find more details on the  We Buy Bikes and Parts pages.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we have a 30-day return policy. The full return policy can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
